SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on all US orders, no minimum order. 

 

Please allow 7 days for shipping and handling. For express shipping, please email us at sales@avenuechic.com and we will do our best to expedite your order.

Shipping to Canada and Europe is $16+ depending on weight. Please provide us with full address, email and phone number and will email you with an exact shipping fee. No returns on international shipping.

For Pre-order products, please place an order and will ship once they are available in stock. Pre-order items are in transit.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

Unworn Jewelry can be retuned within 30 days of the order ship date for a full refund to your original form of payment, minus the shipping fee if any. On Sale Jewelry are not returnable.  

Scarves, handbags and the ready-to-wear collection should be returned within 7 days for a full refund. 

We ship for free. Customer is responsible for returned shipping fees.

Please pack your return with care. Items that are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
