If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund within 3 days from delivery date. To make a return, email us at [email protected] for a Return Authorization #. Please make sure to include the reason for your return. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend returns be sent by U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. It is also recommended that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise as well a tracking number for your package.
Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging. Please keep your receipt for your records. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED , DAMAGED CONDITION OR DUE TO NEGLIGENCE.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If a defect is found, please contact us immediately. Returns are accepted if the item received is damaged or if the wrong piece was delivered. Then, please contact us during business hours within 24hrs of delivery and we will arrange for returns or replacement. Return fees will be covered in this case by Avenue Chic.
