Because we want every piece we sell to only be first touched by its final owner, straight from the designer’s hands, unfortunately we do not accept any returns or exchanges after delivery.
The only case we accept exchange, if the item received at delivery is damaged or totally different pieces than what you ordered. Then, You need contact us with 24hrs from the time you receive it (which should be within office working hours 9am-6pm Dubai timing (Sun-Thursday)), and we will arrange for collection and replacement.
We are unable to offer cash back or Credit Card refunds. However we offer free exchanges. This means, we cover the return shipping fees and we will send you the correct piece once again.
In a very exceptional cases , which are very rare to happen, refund on technical errors such as double charge and other cases where the merchant is at total fault must be refunded monetarily, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
